Condizioni generali di storno: Per confermare la prenotazione è richiesta una carta di credito a garanzia (titolare, numero e validità). Non verrà addebitato alcun importo al momento della prenotazione. In caso di storno a partire dalla 14.ma notte prima dell'arrivo verranno applicate le seguenti penali: per soggiorni fino a 4 notti verrà addebitata una penale di importo pari a due notti, per soggiorni pari o superiori alle 5 notti la penale ammonterà al 60% dell'intero soggiorno. In caso di mancato arrivo, arrivo posticipato o partenza anticipata, verrà addebitato comunque l'intero importo del soggiorno.

Bei einer Stornierung bis zu 14 Tagen vor Anreise werden zwei Naechte bei einem Aufenthalt von bis zu 4 Naechten berechtnet, ab 5 Naechten werden 60% des Aufenthalts-Preises berechnet. Im Fall des Nachantretens, verspaetete Ankunft oder verfruehte Abreise wird der gesamte Betrag, wie in der Reservierung vorgesehen, berechnet.

General Condition: To confirm your reservation please provide us with credit card details such us owner's name, number and expiry day. Nothing will be charged at the moment of the booking. Cancellation done starting from the 14th day before arrival will occur the following penalty: penalty charge for reservation till max. 4 nights stay is 2 nights, penalty charge for min. 5 nights stay reservation is 60% of the total amount of the stay. In case of no-show, postponed arrival or anticipated departure it will be charged the total amount of the stay.
